    Seared tuna steaks with soy and mirin

    We tried this seared tuna steak recipe featured on Food 24 to complement the Zevenwacht Sauvignon Blanc 2016 and were delighted with the delicious combinations.

    The soy, coriander, and mirin blended perfectly with the oiliness of the tuna which was nicely balanced by the abundant green fruit and citrus-like finish of the Sauvignon Blanc.

    This dish was quick and easy to prepare, makes it ideal for a mid-week supper when time is limited.
